Anderson's Maple Syrup, Inc. is excited to announce a partnership with the Phoneix International Raceway (PIR) as they conclude a year-long 50th Anniversary celebration during the November 6th - Novermber 9th race weekend. The track was founded in 1964 and hosted its first NASCAR race in 1977. The anniversary weekend is bound to be exciting on the track as the NASCAR Sprint Cup chase concludes its "Elminator Round" of racing. Anderson's Maple Syrup is proud to partner with PIR and to be a part of their 50th anniversary celebration. Anderson's will also be an associate sponsor on Brian Scott's #2 RCR Chevrolet Camaro at this race.

Anderson's Maple Syrup will serve as a primary sponsor for two races this season with Richard Childress Racing driver Brian Scott and the No. 2 Chevrolet Camaro NASCAR Nationwide Series team. RCR / Anderson's Maple Syrup #2 Nationwide Series driver by Brian Scott Anderson's Maple Syrup will serve as the primary partner at Auto Club Speedway on March 22nd and Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 24th. In addition to the two-race primary sponsorship, Anderson's will also have an associate sponsorship presence on the No. 2 car throughout the 2014 season.

"Our partnership with a legendary team like RCR is something Anderson's Maple Syrup is very proud of for this year," said Steve Anderson, President of Anderson's Maple Syrup.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Scott has been racing competitively since the age of 12. The 2013 season was his best season to-date competing in the Nationwide Series. He earned two second-place finishes at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Richmond International Raceway along with his second career pole award at Richmond International Raceway. Scott notched three top-five and 13 top-10 finishes and a career high 254 laps led en route to a seventh-place point's finish.

Anderson's will also be sponsoring local drivers Jason Gross and Jason Haugerud again in their modified cars at local area dirt tracks in 2014. In addition, the GR Motorsports team will once again be traveling to Florida to take part in the 2014 dirt car nationals.
